The Music that plays during a BO
The Blackout is an event inside of Kaiju Paradise, in which the entire facility will have no power, as even the backup power itself is unable to initiate, causing the Laminax Facility to be eerily dark. When this happens, the players UI will be disabled and they will not be able to see others health & nametag until the event is over. This also opens up new transfurs, even some with unique abilities to the event. Blackouts usually occur every 50 to 150 minutes.
Most Transmogrifying Items will be changed or begin to glow. Kaiju Crystals in the Crystal cave will begin to glow white, and will serve as your only source of light if you don't have a flashlight.
When a Blackout occurs, it plays music.
You can create a Blackout in Private Servers as long as you've experienced it before, just run the command :blackout <no. of secs you want the blackout to be> or !blackout <no. of secs you want the blackout to be>.
Dialogue
When a Blackout occurs, the following messages will be shown at the bottom of your screen:
- "Sudden disturbances in the Main Facility power grid detected."
- "Unable to initiate Emergency Power grid."
- "Please stand by..."
During the Blackout, there are messages that will occasionally appear:
- "Something is coming.."
- "You saw something from the distance..."
- "You felt as if something is watching you from afar..."
- "Do you feel safe?.. ''
- ''Behind you...''
- "You saw something out of the corner of your eye."

Trivia
- During the 2023 April Fools' event, the dark fog covering the map during a Blackout became a blinding white.
- A similar change happened during the Hallows Eve event, though the fog turned crimson instead of white. This effect also extended to the transmogrifying slime puddles found around the map, along with the slime creatures obtained from these puddles.
- For the 2024 April Fools' event, the fog was much more dense, and all textures in the game were replaced with those resembling the End dimension in Minecraft.
